We are pleased to announce that The King’s College can now offer all students and current staff & faculty a subscription to Office365 at no charge! Office365 is Microsoft’s subscription-based way of providing users access to Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as some other online tools. Instead of having to purchase new versions each time they’re released, the subscription allows you to access the latest versions of these software packages.

During the length of your enrollment, you’ll be able to download a copy of Microsoft Office on your Mac or PC and use the mobile applications for Office on your iPad, iPhone or Microsoft Surface tablet.

To access this software, you’ll sign in at the link below using your TKC email address and password. This should be done first using your primary computer or laptop, before trying to access the iOS or Microsoft Surface applications on your phone or tablet.

When you get to the install page below, simply click Install.






  • If you are on a PC, the Windows version of Office will be downloaded.
  • If you are on Mac, the Mac version will be downloaded.
Once the file downloads, be sure to run it to install the software onto your computer.

On the Phone or Tablet page, please click the name of your devices for instructions on how to access Office.
